Policymakers in the region are shifting towards addressing this gap with the intention to build the next generation of leaders and a whole new wave of economic opportunities. ‘PLAYBOOK’ is working with sector leading organisations such as Zain Group, Investcorp and Watar Partners to invest in the career progression of their female workforce especially into leadership roles.
