Ingredients
- Bread – 4 slices
- Egg – 2
- Milk – ¾ cup
- Cream – ¼ cup
- Sugar – 2 tbsp
- Cinnamon – ½ tsp
- Salt – a pinch
- Maple Syrup –
- Bananas – for garnish
- Butter – 1 to 3 tbsp
Method
- In a bowl add the eggs, milk, cream, sugar, cinnamon and salt and mix everything well with a whisk. Keep aside.
- Cut all the crust of the bread and soak each slice one by one with the mixture. Make sure that all the slices are well – coated.
- On a medium flame, butter the pan. Cook the soaked bread for 2 mins. Cook all the sides until light golden color.
- Garnish with bananas and maple syrup on top
