Ingredients
- Frozen Banana – 2 medium
- Almonds – 10 (soaked)
- Saffron – ¼ tsp ( in hot water )
- Jaggery – 1 tsp
- Dates – 3
- Cardamom – ½ tsp
- Salt – a pinch
- Coconut milk – 1/3 cup
- Flax Seeds – 2 tsp
Toppings
- Saffron Strands
- Toasted Almonds
- Dried Rose Petals
Method
- Add banana, almond, saffron, jaggery, dates, flax seeds and salt into the blende
- Add in the coconut milk and blend starting from low speed and working the speed up slowly until you get a smooth consistency. Scrape down the sides as needed.
- Spoon the smoothie into a bowl and add your toppings.
