The formal signing of the agreement took place at the Union Coop headquarters in Al Warqa City Mall, Dubai. Eng. Abdulla Mohammad Rafie Al Dallal, Managing Director of Union Coop, and Mr. Bruno Dsouza, Regional COO- Dubai & NE at Burjeel Holdings, represented their respective organizations at the signing ceremony.
