Reimagining and reinventing FASHION WEEK DXB 2021 after a hiatus of a few years, Supreme Events showcases fashion with a twist of theater. The focus of hosting this event, at a time, is to provide a timely platform for designers, self-expression, promote the region’s creative talent, to shine from.
Three days of high decibel fashion shows and designer showrooms, celebrating regional homegrown brands, will be unveiled in the iconic city of Dubai, to an elite audience of Fashion lovers, between December 16th to 18th 2021.
Curated by global experts, Kevin Oliver and Saif Ali Khan, who have a reputation of delivering cutting-edge, high value events and have the unique and complex experiences to create a perfect podium for the region’s Fashion, Sector, having helmed Asia’s Fashion, Music, Theatre industry for the past 40+ years, collectively!!
Some of the star designers unveiling very unique handmade collections are – AMATO, Atelier Zuhra, Behnoode, Victor Closet, Rocky S, Rabia Z, Nivedita Saboo, Varoin Marwah. Speaking to the designers we learnt many of their collections have been designed to inspire and rise beyond these pandemic times. Most have worked with regional artisans to stir sustainable economic growth for the craft-artisans.
Unlike the normal Fashion Week, this three-day fashion extravaganza, celebrates the varied silhouettes and the diversity of Dubai. From distinct fabrics to unique cuts this is fashion’s tribute to Dubai’s 50th year of independence and the inclusivity of this iconic city. This inaugural event is being hosted at a brand-new event space in Dubai’s largest and most loved theme park. This year, the event will also oversee an emerging talent show in association with Splash Fashions, where fashion schools will be showcasing their talent and top 3 fashion students will have a chance to custom make a collection that will be showcased on the ramp.
